One of the most beautiful natural campsites in Austria, with the Kaiser Mountains as its backdrop. Our small, excellent family-run business is open year-round and is even easy to get to in the winter. The farm with cows, horses, goats and cats will set children’s hearts racing with excitement.

On this site which is blessed with lots of sun the St. Johann basin in the Tyrol you’ll find all the comforts that you need. All sites have electricity connections and some have waste connections; upmarket, well-looked after washing facilities, incl. baby bathing area, handicapped accessible washing room, laundry, dishwashing room with dishwasher, ski and shoe depot, car wash area; children’s playground, large playing area, table tennis, table football. Holiday on the farm. Walk the gentle summits of the Kitzbühel Alps or overcome them by mountain bike; a mountain tour in the Wilder Kaiser, where the Adler starts (www.adlerweg.tirol.at); guided hikes, exciting programme of children’s events, a trip to Innsbruck, Salzburg, to the Großglockner, the Krimmler Waterfalls – there are so many festivities.

St. Johann in Tyrol (670 m sea level) is located in the middle of the Leuken Valley in a sunny basin.
With its 8,300 inhabitants, the town, with its 4,500 guest beds, is the economic and also the tourist centre of this holiday region.
St. Johann offers everything that you want from a winter sports area and for an active summer holiday. The baroque town centre with its many sights, shops, homely guesthouses, cafés, the Tanzcafé Rainer (live music daily) and its central location for excursions means you’ll never be bored, even if the weather isn’t so great. The people of St. Johann are very active by the way – barely a week goes by without some fantastic event - the Koasalauf, the Lederhosen festival, Alpine festival week with its noodle festival and the Senior Cycling World Championships are only a little snippet of what goes on.
