The site’s sunny location and its proximity to the most well-known Tyrolean beauties of nature and sights will mean your camping holiday will be an unforgettable experience. In the winter its proximity to the large ski areas in the Ziller Valley (ski bus from the site) and the cross-country ski area at Lake Achensee is brilliant. The pitches are spacious and in a terrace, with well tended lawns, trees to provide shade and have electricity and gas connections.

Modern, clean washing facilities with baby bathing area and changing table, the outdoor swimming pool with sun bathing areas and the Wellness area ensure this site stands out. For our younger guests there is a playground, a children’s club, a room for teenagers and in the summer there is an extensive activity programme on offer. The rustic restaurant with its large covered terrace is a highlight. The camping shop, Internet facilities, information point at Reception and in the winter a new modern ski room with shoe dryer put the finishing touches to what’s on offer.

Wiesing, the friendly Tyrolean village in the heart of the Tyrol in the sunniest and most central location, is an ideal starting point for getting to know the area. Fantastic and easy hikes in the vicinity or high mountain tours in the Rofan and nearby Karwendel mountains offer countless hiking opportunities. Its position on the south side of the Rofan mountains offers a particular climatic advantage, numerous mountain railways and lifts in the surrounding area and nostalgic cog railway on Lake Achensee are particular attractions. You will also find regular folklore events, theatre performances, brass band concerts and village festivals.
